It sounds like you already have some good direction/a good idea of what you want to do (which is half the challenge to getting started). Now you just need to act on it. Throw up a profile on Upwork.com; consider creating a free/cheap website to showcase who you are and your services. Consider starting a blog [on that website] to generate leads/get interest from your ideal client/reader. You got this!
